Coronavirus flood: Five areas in U.P. have more than 10,000 dynamic cases
Lucknow has more than 52,000 dynamic cases; seven regions have somewhere in the range of 5,000 and 10,000 cases, while nine different locale have somewhere in the range of 3,000 and 5,000.
With more than 52,000 dynamic cases in Lucknow alone, the total number in Uttar Pradesh is moving toward the three-lakh mark.
As indicated by the State Health Department figures of April 25, Uttar Pradesh has more than 2.97 lakh dynamic cases and 1,11,65 passings recorded up until now.
On April 24-25, the State recorded 208 new passings and 35,614 new cases, while 25,633 people recuperated.
Five areas have more than 10,000 dynamic cases — Lucknow (52,068), Varanasi (17,321), Kanpur (16,916), Prayagraj (16,333) and Meerut (11,455).
Seven areas — Gautam Buddha Nagar, Gorakhpur, Ghaziabad, Bareilly, Jhansi, Moradabad and Lakhimpur Kheri — have between 5,000-10,000 cases, while nine different regions have between 3,000-5,000 dynamic cases.
Just twelve areas out of the 75 in the State have under 1,000 dynamic cases. Seventeen regions range between 1,000-2,000 dynamic cases while the biggest lump, 22 areas, fall in the 2,000-3,000 classification.
